Volcano Video

in this activity I had to create an out of paper and cardboard to put on the volcano.
my favorite part was when we erupted or volcano.
we named Mount Dino.
I help tape and glue  onto the volcano.

ICT Scavenger Hunt

in this i  had to use my ict skills to complete this scavenger hunt. i copy and pasted pictures  insertedimags  i formaffed my slide.

Mystery Maths

In this activity I had to solve problems to find out who squashed the fruit.I used my knowledge of addition and place value.But i had a little more work to do.

I gave myself the light green smiley because at the end of my poem some of the words didn´t rhyme but I did a good job at the start.				I gave myself the light green smiley because my poem has a beginning, middle and end.

Then I had to paint the fence.

Rhyming Poetry

WALT  use rhyme  in poetry.

In this activity I had to find words that rhyme with each other Rhyming words are words that sound and look the same.

Pirate Diagram Ship Scale

WALT draw a scale diagram of a ship where 1cm = 1m

Success Criteria:

To be successful my pirate ship

• Is 10cm long
• Has a 5cm tall mast in the center of the ship
• A 1cm plank on the end
• A 1cm long flag on the mast
• The bottom of the ship is 3cm below deck

I found this activity tricky because its not some thing I do every day.

I can now use a ruler to create a diagram where 1cm is equal to 1m in real life.

IALT write an information report

In this activity I had to find out information about Silver Eye birds. I had to write all about it. I found the spelling tricky but I did really well at writing down as many sounds as I could. Then the computer spellcheck could help me.

IALT create a diagram using google drawings

In this activity I had to label the birds body using arrows and text boxes. I found this a little bit difficult but having success criteria made it easier to know what I had to do.

IALT create a monsterpedia page using an information report format

In this activity I had to write about the creature that I created. I had to write about it habitat, appearance, diet and behaviour. I am proud of this because I did it all by myself without any help except the spellcheck on the computer.
